Recipe: Beef Stock - Don San Marcos: I do the stock with water and beef

cubes that I buy at the supermarket. The proportion is 1 cube for 1 cup of water. Add some chopped herbs and come chopped garlic & onion & the product will be greatly improved. Of course, there are multiple recipes for doing stock from scratch but I dont have the time or desire to do it.
