Applesauce for Bananas

Misc.

I've successfully substituted applesauce for mahsed bananas in recipes. Use
equal amounts. My hummingbird cake recipe already has applesauce in it though,
so I guess I would just increase it.

Reva, I'd be interested tof ind what kind of frosting you use for your
hummingbird cake. Thanks. Hope the info is helpful.
