Beulah and David are aces in my book!

Misc.

Dear David,

Just a quick note to tell you how nice a thing it was for you to share a wonderful recipe, but also the warm and homey tale of your neighbor Beulah. Your recipe was posted ages ago, and I knew that I wanted to try it, but it has taken me this long to finally get around to it. Well, all I can tell you is that it will not be ages before I try it again! The only deviation was, that for my fruit, I wasn't happy with the fresh produce at my market----So would you believe that I used a bag of frozen mixed berries??? I baked the dessert for 60 as opposed to 50 minutes, to make up for the frozen fruit. Well my friend, this dessert was absolutely scrumptuous, and the fact that this thing came together in less than a couple of minutes, guarantees Beulah's Cobbler as one of my "make again" recipes. You were so generous in your sharing, and I believe that Beulah is blessed to have you in her life.

God bless, and good luck to you

Cheers,
Jeff
