Beware MSG in other forms

Misc.

I have found out that MSG is not its only name.
Hydrolysed plant protein is another name for it.
If you are allergic or sensitive to MSG, you will
be to hydrolysed plant protein too. While grocery
shopping, I overheard a young woman in the soup
section of the store say, "ohhh, I can't stand that
brand of soup, I always get the runs when I have it".
My guess is she's allergic to the msg in it. Soooo
many soups have msg in them. You almost have to
make your own. That's my complaint of the day ;-)
