msg ?

Misc.

I'm not fond of MSG either. there are several broths out there that do not have msg .....maybeif you look on the shelves where they have organic foods. I think one of them has a cream soup. There is a company in central PA-- (we're not home right now -at my daughters in another state) called ? Acres ....Walnut Acres? Among other things I would SWEAR they have a cream product. Giant food stores in Eastern PA carries their products and I know theyhave a catalog --- I used to get speciality flours from them. Also on the make a mix message board - you could do a search - I know there are recipes for what to use instead of a can of cream soup. Many years ago we made sort of a 'paste'and kept it in freezer and then just mixed it with milk or water.

However, I don't plan to be back in my own home for almost 2 months - as we're off on a small adventure.

I know you can find these --and I know you can find recipes for things ....start searching. And enjoy.
