Blackeyed Pea Squash casserole

I have also been searching for this recipe since I first tasted it about 20 years ago. I have been seriously searching on the web for something similar for about a year, and nothing! Not even close. Almost every recipe has cheese or sour cream in it. I am going to try to figure it out by experimentation, starting tonite. If it works, I'll let you know.
