Recipe: Vienna Coffee Mix

VIENNA COFFEE

1/2 cup instant coffee
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Use a blender or food processor to combine the above ingredients.

Artificial sweetener can be substituted for sugar and coffee creamer for the powdered milk if preferred.

For a great cup of coffee, simply place 2 rounded teaspoons of this mix in a cup of boiling water.

This recipe makes about 20 cups of coffee, store the unused mix in an airtight container.
