Recipe: Jiffy Mix Cornbread Casserole

JIFFY MIX CORNBREAD CASSEROLE

2 boxes of jiffy cornbread mix
1 can regular corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.

Mix everything together until well blended and put in prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour or toothpick comes out clean.
