Cakes in a Jar
Misc.ADVERTISEMENT
Please check with your state university extension as I did and found out that home canned breads and cakes have the potential for botulism. You may find the same information from University of Georgia, College of Family and Consumer Sciences and the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Cooperating.
Research at Kansas State University is reported in the"Journal of Food Protection" in October 1994 will also state conclusions which support the possibility of botulism.
