Hi, I guess mine would be "Chocolate Potato Cake" from the " River Song
Lodge Cookbook" by Kirsten Dixon (1993)..(.The Shrimp and Crab Cakes
are very good too!) Patty ps I made that Maple Walnut Pie and it
IS VERY Delicious!!
