Chuck Wagon Stew - soup substitution suggestions

I haven't ever tried this Red but I think you could substitute cream of celery with some onion powder added or perhaps even a can of Golden Mushroom soup. It might give the stew a slightly different flavor but I don't think you can go wrong with either one. Good luck and let me know how it turns out if you try it.
