Recipe(tried): Here are Some Great Ideas Red, Just For You! (for senior widower that doesn't cook much)
Recipe CollectionsDear Red,
There are some wonderful frozen bags of pasta, chicken and veggies in the frozen section of your grocery store.
The ones that I have tried on my family are so good, that at first my husband thought I had made them. Here are some suggestions:
Stouffer's Skillets Grilled CHicken & Vegetables in Parmesan Sauce - excellent served alongside some Texas Garlic Toast and salad.
Bertolli Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli in fresh tomato sauce - incredibly delicious!
Bertolli Roasted Chicken & Linguini with mozzarella & zucchini in tomato basil sauce - downright delicious!
You can also make a Chicken Casserole and have that all week
perhaps freezing half of it for a later week.
The grocery stores now make rotisserie broiled chickens making our lives a little bit easier. You can add two sides to that and a salad, and you're good to go.
Remember Red, if you can read recipes, you can cook. Along the way, you add your personality to the dish and before you know it, you will be a whiz at it!
Happy Cooking! Gina
