Convection ovens

Hi Barbie,

I have a Dacor convection oven and love it. I bake all my meats and poultry on convection bake. I also do all my breads, cakes and cookies on convection. I rarely use the standard mode of cooking anymore. I'm sure you will be very happy with your oven. The meats turn out juicy and tender and the breads, cookies and cakes are tender and light.
