Dear Jocelyn,

Look under Vegetarian Cheese posted by myself dated 7-29-98 you will find some recipes for vegan cheeze. Or you can buy the Uncheese Cookbook by Joanne Stepaniak and make your own. Much cheaper and you can adjust the fat content yourself.
