Joni, I have a Cookbook called Light & Easy For Two! by Lee Harvey & Helen Chambers. Both are dieticians. All recipes have Microwave and Conventional instructions. What are you looking for? It covers Brunch, Lunch & Appetizers; Muffins & Breads; Soups; Pasta, Casseroles & stuffings; Salads & Salad Dressings; Vegetables; and Desserts. The book also has much on Nutrition.
Great Book! Another book I have is Company's Coming -Cooking for Two by Jean Pare but the recipes are conventional. Great Book though!
