Cooking Kielbasa

Misc.

Hi Shar,

Most fresh keilbasa is made from pork roast. I place mine in pan with a couple of cups of water -bring to boil then turn down to medium low, continuing cooking 10-15 minutes or so - until no pink juices appear when pierced. Do not over- cook!
