Thanks for the recipe. I had gotten a slightly different one off of the Indian
Chef website which was very good and quite "painless" to make. I'm anxious to
try yours as a comparison. By the way I may have mentioned that my husband
always tests new Indian restaurants by their Rogan Josh just like you try
DoPiaza.
