It's a traditional dish from Quebec. I have it in one of my files and will look
for it tomorrow and will post it. I haven't tried it as I don't eat pork but
think I have an authentic recipe somewhere. You could try posting a request to
Micheline from Ottawa-Hull, she is French Cdn. I think, and used to post on
this site quite a lot. I'm sure she'd have a tried and true recipe.
