Hi Dave,

To see how well the frozen berries hold up, you might want to try just a few to start. In the microwave or in a double boiler, melt a small amount of chocolate (some chocolate chips will be good for the sake of experimenting). Spread a few of the berries in a pan and pour the chocolate over them. Let harden and see if you like the results.
