Dear Laura: You are always welcome. I do not have an ice cream

Misc.
machine even though I fervently wish I could have one. The reason is that I am a potential diabetic and I certainly use just the freezer for the limited times when I prepare a sherbet to appease my palate. Good luck with the recipes, but I am sure that they will be creamer & easier with an Ice cream machine.
