Please, do not forget your slow cooker. You can prepare a delightful Ropa Vieja for your guests & also all the other delicious Latin dishes that now you handle so well.

I hope you will have a well deserved rest dear friend.

I am not feeling well at all. I am having an infection in an old scar of an appendicitis operation. I hope I will not end in the hospital for 15 days (like the last time it happened.
