Diane/alberta - low fat turkey idea ;0)

Noticed you posted on the low - fat board LOL. I am sure most of us
are feeling slighly bloated after Thanksgiving! Best I can suggest is
a good turkey soup...boil those bones up to make stock add all gravey
leftover stuffing etc to the soup pot and simmer for a couple of hours.
Strain and let the stock cool - removing the fat. Add some fresh veggies,
rice or noodle. Simmer for awhile longer. Freezes well and makes mucho!
I have some high fat recipes in mind though LOL and would be happy to post
turkey lasagne..turkey fajitas..turkey tetrazini..turkey ala king..turkey pot pie...turkey sheppards pie...etc. ;0)
