Thanks Deb, but your recipe sounds just like the one my mom passed down to me. My brothers use to call it turkey bone soup. I was looking for some low fat dishes since we have been eating too much of the good stuff lately. we spent three months in Montreal. Boy the french sure know how to eat. How are things back in God's country. I sure do miss my Alberta foothills. Great to hear from a fellow Albertan
