Diane/Alberta re: Pickled Sausage

Hi Diane...got to speak with the nice gal regarding the Pickled Sausage recipe...she told me that it is 'on its way' to her, via mail. Her aunt's dau. had a miscarriage and the family is pretty upset...as anyone would be. She said that there are a lot of great old-time recipes, in her family, and folks are willing to share; so, at some point I will be happily 'grazing' through recipes and sharing them with you all. Will post the recipe as soon as I receive it ... a 'gallon' you want to make... you are one loving person!
