Dutch Oven cooking

I have a 12" deep dutch oven "Lodge" They make the best i think,If i were going to cook a turkey i would get a 16" deep.You can cook anything in a dutch oven that you could cook at home,there will be a guide included that will tell you how to place the coals to reach the desired temp.Its really easy and not to much trouble.Good luck.

P.S you can get one at "Wal-Mart around $40:00
