Dear Elly,

Your Jim sounds like my DH, loves his chocolates and ice cream!

Check out Breyer's Carb-Smart ice cream bars and sandwiches. They seem to satisfy my DH's sweet tooth. The ice cream is made with Splenda. We have tried all of the new ice creams out there that don't have sugar and the Breyer's brand seems to do the trick.

Tell Jim for me that in time, he will get used to it. At first, my DH was having a very hard time and now, he does not miss the bad things at all.
