New book of Splenda Recipes

Misc.
Elly and Gina (and everyone else!),
Last time I was at Costco I found a wonderful new recipe book called Marlene Koch's 375 Sensational Splenda Recipes (click here). It is 487 pages full of recipes for salad dressings, beverages, entrees, breads, condiments, salads, cookies, pies, cakes.....the list goes on and on. It says on the front that it contains "125 new recipes plus recipes from Fantastic Food with Splenda and Unbelievable Desserts with Splenda." All of us need to make changes in our diets to better our health. Good luck!
