I have been looking for recipes using splenda since Jim's heart attack, so I will check out their website.
I have used the splenda, substituting it for the sugar in some of my recipes, but the finished product seems different than with sugar. Maybe their recipes are designed around the splenda.
Jim is doing quite well, thank you for asking. He is having a tough time giving up his candy and ice cream, but he is eating better at meals and has lost ten pounds.
