For A Concerned Mom

Misc.

Please take your son to the doctor to rule out anemia or any other health problems. At your son's age, he's in an important developmental stage (physically) and a proper diet(with substantial protein) can be very important for kids of all ages (adults too). What form of protein are you including in his current diet? You may want to try slowly adding in eggs and cheese into his diet to see if this will take away the headaches. It's very hard for anyone to adjust to a different diet, when they (and their) body have been accustomed to eating a different way for that many years. Please let us all know how your son is doing and what he doctor says.

Good Luck!
Take Care
