freezing scallops

Misc.
Lay the scallops in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Don't let them touch each other. When they are frozen solid, pack them into freezer bags.

By freezing them individually, you'll keep them from sticking together in the bag, and you'll be able to take out just the amount you need.
