Garlic Rolls

Misc.

After years of trying to duplicate resturant rolls, I simply added chopped
garlic [I use a tablespoon to a batch of dough] to my plian old roll dough,
added a little more salt, and baked as usual. I sometimes, paint the tops with
olive oil and sprinkle a little garlic salt on top before baking.
