Recipe: Walnut French Bread (using walnut oil and toasted walnuts) (food processor)

WALNUT FRENCH BREAD

3/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup walnut oil
1 egg
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
2 teaspoons salt

Place all ingredients in food processor. Process until dough forms a ball and cleans sides of bowl. If it seems sticky, let it rest for 2-3 minutes before turning on the motor again. Process until dough forms and ball and cleans sides of bowl. Place in mixing bowl and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

Turn dough onto lightly floured board, form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased bread pan. Let rise again until doubled, about 30-45 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for about 45-50 minutes.

Makes 1 loaf
