german origin?
Misc.As I live in Germany I can't help out with the availability, but I only recently read, that Germans are the greatest kohlrabi consumers in the European Union (25%). Also Kohlrabi is the same word in german. So if it is not of german origin, it has certainly made itself at home here. It is an everyday vegetable. Many preparations for cauliflower work well for kohlrabi too.
