Hi there,

I have never made ginger beer, but I do buy Reed's Ginger Beer (extra strength - red cap). It is a jamaican recipe. What I have done is brewed ginger tea to a very concentrated strength & sweetened with pineapple juice concentrate & add to a glass of club soda. No it's not the same, but it's good & alot less expensive. I am wondering if Betsy would allow Norma to submit the ingredients used . . . so we could make a concentrate using those ingredients.
