Recipe: Mango Breakfast Smoothie (using orange juice and yogurt) (blender)
BeveragesMANGO BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
2 cups plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup orange juice, chilled
1 mango, peeled and cubed
1 tsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. honey (or more to taste)
2 Tbsp. malt powder (optional)
Zest from 1 lime reserved (for garnish)
Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until combined.
Divide between four chilled glasses and serve. Garnish with lime zest.
Makes 4 smoothies (8-oz. each)
