When I bottled the ginger beer, I squeezed all of the ginger beer plant out of the cloth into the bottles. Well, one dark and stormy night.........kapow!!!! The next morning my husband confronted me at 5.30am to inform me that all of my two dozen bottles had exploded in the garage, spraying ginger beer all over the cars and embedding glass in the walls.........makes you wonder if it is worth making it doesn't it????? So, be careful if you decide to try it - can be very dangerous.
