Good Morning Everyone....Need Help what to do with Apples

Hi Everyone, It has been a very busy weekend. One of the kids I watch broke her leg playing soccer on sat. My kids have had the flu off and on. And have been out Hunting for that big buck if I saw him I would probably drop in my tracks. but any way Happy Birthday to everyone I missed and Happy ann. too. Welcome to everyone new. So Please help We picked all of the apples off of our trees and now I got tons of them I made two pies yesterday. but I was wondering about roll ups or someting else. Well I hope everyone has a great day at least it has stoped raining cats & dogs for now. Hugs
