Hi Nan,

I am so happy with my results...here's what I did.

I simply cut out breads, rolls, muffins and sweets made from flour. I only allow myself those treats on holidays.

I have a salad with all my meals and I have two vegetables servings with my meat, chicken or fish. I also enjoy fruits everyday and drink at least 8 glasses of iced lemon water every day. That is in combination with walking one hour a day and swimming when weather permits.

I post my dinner daily so you can see from February on I have been eating like a Queen. I hope this helps you out. Simply put, I am eating healthier with a huge emphasis on veggies and fruits.
