WalkersWood Shrimp - description
Five jumbo Gulf shrimp, hand-peeled and seasoned, then grilled and topped with Hops' spicy Jamaican WalkersWood sauce; served with toasted garlic bread.
HOPS WALKERSWOOD SHRIMP

HOPS LEMON BUTTER SAUCE
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh)
1 tbsp black peppercorns
pinch thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 pound unsalted butter, cut in cubes
Add all ingredients from the white wine through sugar in a heavy sauce pan. Boil and reduce to approx. 1/4 of the original mass.
Add heavy cream and reduce slowly until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and add butter slowly while stirring constantly. Strain through a wire mesh strainer. Hold in a warm place until ready to use.

1 1/2 oz Lemon Butter Sauce
1 tsp Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning*
Add Jerk Seasoning to Lemon Butter Sauce. Mix well and serve immediately over grilled shrimp or other favorite seafood!
*Any Jerk seasoning or rub will work and is available at most specialty grocery stores.
