Hi terrie,

Yes, one of the lovliest things about the Grecian Chicken is that it does freeze just beautifully.

It also is wonderful when there are left-overs because it tastes even better the next day for lunch.

It is also a wonderful and tasty buffet dish. I am going to try Sugar & Spice's idea for the salad, I bet it will be a winner!!
