Recipe: Chicken with Mushroom Sauce (skillet meal, using condensed soup)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
Hot cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
In a nice deep pan with a lid (frying pan) brown chicken breasts on medium to high heat until golden brown. Remove from pan.
Add onions and saute for a couple of minutes and then add garlic and cook for about a minute more.
Add (undiluted) soup to onion and garlic mixture and stir in about a half of can's worth of milk. Heat until bubbly.
Add chicken to pan and submerge in sauce. Cook, covered, for about 10-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Serve over rice or noodles.
