Holland Gas Grill?

Does anyone have any experience/suggestions for cooking on one of these? Thinking of purchasing one and are trying it out before we do. (Big ticket item)

It doesn't cook over direct heat, no lava rocks or anything, just a stainless steel sheet covering the heat to distribute the heat and season up the meat. I'm probably not really explaining it well, but if you have one you'll know what I'm talking about.

Would appreciate any helpful hints..... Thanks :-)
