Re: Holland Gas Grill?

Misc.

We are the proud owners of a Holland Grill. You are lucky in that the one you are trying has a stainless steel pan. Ours does not and it is rusting out. The burner has a lifetime warranty but unfortunately the pan does not. The stainless steel one should be just fine. A very good thing about the Holland is that there are NO HOT SPOTS!! Something not so good is that you cannot adjust the temperature. It has one setting only and that is what you have to use. That means that their is no indirect heat but it also means you have a greater cooking surface because there are no flare ups and that is a guarantee. You could pour oil in it and it will not flare up. So you can use the entire cooking surface and not have to shift things away from that infernal hot spot. And on most things you don't even need to turn them over. So it has it's pros and cons but overall we are happy cookers.
