How to Pressure Can Pork

Pork loin chops may be pressure canned, but you will need to cut into cubes or strips. I brown my meat in a nonstick pan, then use the drippings along with some broth in the jars. I usually use chicken broth for pork.

Process pints for 75 minutes at 10 lb. weighted gauge canner, 11 lb. pressure in a dial gauge canner (unless you have to add pressure for higher altitudes).

We use the meat in burritos. Can be used for bbq pork sandwiches, all kinds of things.
