I found a jar of enchilada sauce on the kitchen counter this morning, Micha...

Misc.
My DH had already left for work, so I called him, and he explained one of the fellows he works with gave it to him, as he was not quite sure what to do with it. (I think he bought it, thinking it was salsa, and then read the fine print when he got it home).

Anyway, I called my DH and told him enchiladas are definitely in his future; in fact, all I was missing was the sauce, until this morning!

Yeah, I wish the carbs' legacy would just buzz off, but unfortunately, I have some of them haunting my tummy. I got rid of them, but now they are back, pesky! So I guess I have my work cut out for me! Anyway, I am off out to dinner with my book group on Friday, so I will get the enchiladas happening for my guys (and I will save out a bit to taste for myself for Sat. lunch).

Thanks again, thought you might get a kick out of the "meant to be" aspect of the enchilada sauce appearing in my life!

Carolyn!
