I just shut the door and turned the heat up June!

Misc.
but then, being an Arizona native I have very thin blood! DH's Christmas present of a live feed 5 day weather thingy says it will be in the low 70's for the next couple days. Right now, at noonish it's 51. Supposedly it's going to warm up over the next few days.
I know what you mean about serving beef. We have it very rarely and I try to let go of the guilt since we do it so rarely. Over the holidays we had two meals where prime rib was served! We both ate much less of it than we have in the past. My friend who gave me the Tyler Florence recipe for short ribs said that the braising liquid was so tasty she is going to use it to braise other things, so that is what I will try.
