Thank You: Short Ribs recipes - These all sound wonderful -

All of these sound great - don't know which one to try first - I like bits and pieces of each of them - for example, I'd like to try the beer recipe, but then do the veggies and horseradish cream sauce.

Thank you Micha and Peg for these recipes - I'm going to thaw them out overnight and make them tomorrow. It seems as though the recipes say they're better the next day when you can take the fat off the top, so I think that's what I'll do.
