you could stuff them with mushrooms/cheese cubes and maybe a little seasoned stuffing mixture. Serve them on a bed of beef flavored rice with mushrooms and peas. Or serve them on a bed of mashed potatoes with the potatoe squishing out around the mini-loaf. Top it off with a brown gravy.
