Seafood sounds wonderful, but many people are allergic to seafood and in a group of people, you may or may not know who that might be. I find chicken curry, using individual chicken breasts on rice, works well for a group. My family and company always loved my recipe. Tiny handshaped individual meatloaves or larger size ham balls with a sweet and sour sauce would work. A cheesy hashbrown casserole would be good with them.
If you want any of these recipes, just let me know. I'd need to look them up and bring them to work with me.
