Page, an idea
Misc.Page, how about a chicken breast rolled very thin with chopped salad shrimp and Swiss cheese and herbs rolled up and dipped in bread crumbs and baked. Could use your favorite cream sauce. An easy potato dish to serve would be to bake potatoes and let them cool. Then slice in thick slices, add melted butter generously and coarsely ground black pepper. Then reheat in oven. This is a comabination that always seems to be a favorite, easy to fix ahead of time and the chicken keeps the price down. A fresh spinach salad with strawberries would make it look quite festive. Hope this is worth a thought.
